Jidesh initially focused on intellectual property laws with emphasis on the law relating to trademarks and copyrights. Subsequently, he moved on to focus on general corporate and commercial work including assisting and advising multinational companies on various legal issues affecting their operations in India such as regulatory work, due diligence, transfer of technology. He also dabbles with litigation strategy and arbitration and has represented some of the largest corporations before courts and arbitrations both domestic and international.

Rajesh Sivaswamy focuses primarily on Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, Divestitures and Sales of businesses, Joint Ventures and Strategic Alliances, with particular emphasis on cross-border transactions. Rajesh advises a broad spectrum of clients, working primarily with institutions, private equity funds and Multi-National companies. He also acts for a number of Indian companies, particularly in the context of cross-border transactions. Rajesh also advises the Government of India in his capacity as a legal advisor to the Make in India initiative.

Sunayana’s primary focus area lies in the area of Commercial Disputes, Complex Stakeholder and Sectorial Disputes, Litigation (Appellate and Original), Arbitration (Domestic and International) and Commercial Mediation. She has represented clients in various courts such as Civil Courts and High Courts, Supreme Court of India, Commercial Courts and before tribunals such as the Arbitral Tribunal (Institution and Ad Hoc), NCLT, Debt Recovery Tribunal, CESTAT for various Manufacturing, Media and Software sectors.

Sunayana has represented prominent clients in matters such as obtaining Earnest Money Deposit from Government via writ exercise of power, has obtained several other restrain orders in connection to defamation and brand disparagement campaigns, obtained stay orders for various banks and for matters pertaining to Arbitration and Conciliation. Anand is a seasoned legal professional with over 18 years of experience, including 14+ years in corporate law and 4 years in civil litigation. He excels in drafting and negotiating a broad spectrum of international business contracts, including banking and finance agreements, ECB loans, private equity, joint ventures, concession agreements, NDAs, and shipping contracts (such as charter parties, comprehensive port operation and management contracts, ship sale and purchase, shipbuilding, and dredging contracts). Anand is adept at handling civil, criminal, and corporate litigation. He is proficient in contracts, M&A advisory, business laws, shipping laws, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. Additionally, he also possesses substantial experience in startup advisory and structuring.

C.V. Charanya primarily focus in handling end to end process with regard to title verifications, search reports, Drafting and Registration of Deeds related to immovable properties for individuals, banking sectors and real estate developers and builders.
