Live Law Featuring – KSK-NALSAR International Commercial Law Moot Court Competition 2025 [7th-9th March]

NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad is organizing the 1st edition of KSK-NALSAR International Commercial Law Moot Court Competition, 2025, which will be held in collaboration with King Stubb & Kasiva (KSK). The moot is scheduled to take place from 7th March 2025 to 9th March 2025 in an offline format at the university campus.

This competition provides immense learning opportunities in the realm of international commercial arbitration. This edition’s moot proposition immerses participants in complex questions of law including a challenge to an arbitral tribunal after joinder of a non-signatory, disclosure of third-party funding and available contractual defences in quasi back-to-back transactions. 

With monetary prizes and internship opportunities, the moot ensures a comprehensive and enriching experience for all participants.
